Awesome phone case and awesome materials. Horrible service. Emailed and sent a message for a tracking number and never got a response. They have multiple options for ahipping. One with out a tracking number, one with a tracking number and a super fast one with a tracking number. This I never found out till I ordered. Be aware of what shipping you choose.
