I ordered my phone case May 18th and I thought it would be ok if I didn’t add shipping - I was wrong. I contacted customer service and they just sent me a second one but still with no tracking even on their end. I asked for a refund and was told that their system was automated so no refund could be given. Save the headache - go to custom envy. I should have stayed there since they made my last two but wanted to try somewhere else. Go customized isn’t worth your money. I still don’t have either phone case and support acts like that’s ok.
