Bought a soft case with custom art for my Samsung S8. The product came a few days later but print was offset AND tilted strangely. Upon contacting customer service and explaining to them (with pictures that I took), they refused to acknowledge the mistake and blamed me for uploading it wrongly. The only offer was a coupon for 25% discount for another purchase. Not only is that insulting but useless as I will not buy anything from there again. NOT RECOMMENDED
