If I could give 0 stars I would! Ended up paying more than double what was supposed to be a pre-paid and €0 owed on pick-up, rental. At pick-up I was told I had to either have my credit card blocked for €1,600, or pay additional car insurance because the car insurance already paid was through a separate 3rd party website/ agent. None of the navigation options requested were available (wifi was being advertised for every vehicle but I was told this was no longer being offered); I had also telephoned before my arrival to request a sat nav/ gps which I was told would be fine, only to be told in person on arrival, that there was none available and I would have to upgrade my car to have a car with built in gps. At the end of the process, I felt totally fleeced and defrauded and unhappy with the whole situation. I will never again use Goldcar Rental and will make sure to advise anyone and everyone to similarly avoid them.
