GoldCar billed me for damage already existing on the vehicle. GoldCar says you can protest charges by providing an email address on the form indicating charges. That email does not work. TheGoldCar employee I reached by phone for help in this matter hung up the phone on me. This is not a business, it's a scam and an effort to cheat customers.
