Bad experience at Goldcar Palma airport. At collection desk staff smiling and making jokes, at same time doing they black business adding any possible insurance to original booking without customer concern. My original reservation was €343, when adding all extras goes to €745 including fuel deposit. They ask to sign on the pad and then give you printed agreement.Most people get realised about overcharge only when looking to credit card statement. Another issue state of the supplied vehicle- it has been damaged all over, missing aerial, high mileage, and strange clunking noise coming from gearbox. Avoid Gold car at all cost, customer services not helpfull, you will need physically brake down,than thay may do something.
