Its a 1st and last time I tried to rent with this company. I have rented in Nice / France thru web. I have a couple of questions related to pick up time. When I called to service team It was really BAD experience. I have found unprofessional and useless customer service , without patience and without empathy - and 2 times just dropped off the call
