We were charged an additional £260 for the hire of a car we had already paid for online with Do You Spain. . In addition we were not reimbursed full for the fuel deposit charge (underpaid by £20) though we have photo evidence of start and finish fuel levels. Their after rental service is non-existent.
I will never use either company again. This is daylight robbery!
