After returning the car at their Bodrum Airport office, the employee decided that a "special" cleaning was needed. It is true we used the car for almost a month, so that will show.
However they took 1500 TL for cleaning from my credit card (which is an enormous amount for cleaning a car in Turkey).
In my rental agreement it says that maximum cost for special cleaning in 720 TL, so actually they took 780 TL extra. This is theft.
Avoid Goldcar at all cost, scammers.
