They lied to us to make us buy their expensive insurance cover!!!
We booked a car through Rentalcars.com and paid for the extra exceeds full protection cover. At the desk they said this doesn’t really cover us in the event of a claim and that we could end up paying thousands more. Using this scare tactic and pretending to not speak Engish very well to answer our questions, we ended up buying their expensive cover which actually offered us no more protection that what we had bought in advance.
