I read all the negative reviews ant thought I could outwit them just by being careful. They are cheap on the face of it but it's a false economy. We rented from Palma airport. There was a long queue for the car. The desk clerk stressed upon the the importance of bringing it back full of fuel. I took out a cover all insurance with my booking agent, Discover Cars, and thought all bases were covered. I took the car back full to the brim and followed the return vehicle inspector to ensure all was well. It's a long story but when I got home and checked the bank I had been sold an additional insurance which i did not need and certainly didn't ask for. I complained to Discover Cars but nothing yet. I've also contacted Barclaycard. Hopefully they can help. I thought I was too clever but they used the mayhem of the car collection queue to con me. Never again I would rather walk.
