Do not use this company
Do not use this company. We hired a car at Lisbon. I pointed out some scratches on rear bumper which they took photos of. They measured the scratches and said they didn't need to report them as they weren't large enough. We returned car and they said all OK. Then I get a charge for the scratches for £129. I have made a complaint but no response. This appears to be standard practice. There is even a Facebook site titled Goldcar Victims. Goldcar, give me my money back. I will pursue you.
