Hi there I wrote a review a couple of months ago regarding Gold cars and their insurance scam. Can't see how to edit it so here is another.
Goldcar slipped in a top of the range insurance which I didn't want or need.
I complained to my broker Discover Cars and they were brilliant. They refunded their insurance fee but couldn't help with Gold Car. I then contacted Barclaycard. They were great as well. They have just got back the spurious insurance fee from Gold Car.
Don't give up, press them from all angles and they do cough up.
