Terrible customer service. I booked a car via Holiday Autos. My flight was cancelled so I had to get a later flight on the same day but neither I nor Holiday Autos could contact Gold Car to ask them to hold the car for me because the only telephone number they give was unmanned and their website wouldn’t allow amendments. They just treated me as a “no-show” and kept my money. When I contacted their customer service they just kept repeating their T&Cs. No acknowledge of their obvious shortcomings in customer service. Awful!
