I booked a car for 28 days, prepaid, registered my documents, etc. I was late picking up the car, due to their office hours. Despite trying to communicate my expected delay days before the pickup date, my booking got cancelled and my money never refunded. A mafia company, their policies designed to take your money without a service. Imagine what could have happened in case of an accident. Don’t use them.
