Was charged extra insurance. Also charged a deposit. Was under the impression from the staff than only 52 euros was an extra insurance which I was ok with, but they ended up charging me about 140 euros. Scam.
Still haven't even received my fuel deposit refund nearly two weeks later, so all in all, I have been charged £300 plus my original payment of £100.
Disgusting company.
