hidden extra fees explained as being part of refundable deposit but later discovering on paperwork it is for added extras which were not requested.
Despite making complaint and requesting refund, particularly as there are no signed documents agreeing to the extras, i have not received a satisfying response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
