Don’t touch this company with a barge pole, They have been ok until now when we didn’t return the car on time due to the Spanish lockdown. They show a complete lack of flexibility and understanding and charged us over £1000 as a penalty and there was nothing we could do about it in spite of potentially breaking the law. They are very underhand and know they can get away with it.
