Corporate thief —- BA changed my flight times because of COVID 19. We told Goldcar our new arrival time.. 6 hours later than the original time. Landed at Ibiza airport. To be told we had gone over the 6 hr hire window and our booking had been cancelled. The lady at the fest would call their head off to confirm we had told them about flight time changed. We are now owed £250 which they refused to pay me back.... thrifts
