I am very happy with the quality. I bought a necklace and bracelet. After several months the finish came off and looked more silver than gold. I had to send them pictures and than pay for shipping back to them. They sent me a new one a no charge but said it is my one time free replacement. Well, the new one has done the same thing; the gold finish is gone. Their response was I could pay to upgrade it. Awful customer service and awful product quality. I will never buy from them again.
