I've used Gousto for a few years now but since lockdown I don't think I've had a single box that hasn't had missing ingredients.
In fact this last box arrived with 3 missing ingredients and the "cool box" had totally turned to mush and everything was warm, despite me being home for it's delivery.
Sad to say that I'm now going to swap to Hello Fresh.
Gousto.....what the hell has happened to your once good service?
