Delivery was placed outside the building (flats). I complained and asked for the next delivery to be dropped off at Concierge. They once again left the box outside the building. A lot of the produce was rotten or damaged (rotten apple, peppers, potatoes, damaged tins). I complained and asked for a cancellation. They promised a £4 refund for the produce. Got a £2 refund instead.
