Absolutely awful customer service nothing but trouble. Been charged twice for one box and cannot get a refund!! Do not use Gusto. Tried live chat, email and telephone.
Ordered a box for my sons birthday as he’s at Uni. Box didn’t arrive. But was charged.
Ordered another box the next week to see if this worked, but was charged again!!! Cannot get the refund
