I had been using Guosto for 3 months and not had a problem. Then as the weather got warmer my meat was turning up rancid and the freezer blocks were defrosted. I complained 3 times to different "customer care" people and they all said they would email UK and get someone to call me. I explained that the DPD driver, who has been delivering other stuff to me here for 5 years, told me my village is always last (6pm-7pm) on his route no matter what and that the food had been in his van since 8am in the morning. I wanted Guosto to deal with DPD as they are their clients... I heard nothing back so I cancelled all my future deliveries. As the summer arrives your meat will always be "off" by the time it arrives. In the reason for pausing my orders due to "problem with last order" and still never heard from them. Disgraceful "customer service" and no way to contact anyone in the UK. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU WANT Fresh SAFE FOOD.
