Single handedly the worst food delivery company I have ever used.
Ordered food boxes on 2 separate occasions - on both occasions the box did not arrive!
Each time, I had to REPEATEDLY waste my time explaining myself over and over and over again to various different customer service team members before eventually receiving a refund.
Stick to Hello fresh - you will be much better off!
Hello fresh use DPD and they NEVER disappoint.
Gousto use Evri / Hermes - says it all really.
