I only ordered one Gousto box and the food itself wasn't bad - I enjoyed the recipes and I had a discount so money off. For the second box, I didn't like the look of any recipes so I paused my subscription. Around a week and a half later, I get an email to say I have a box arriving - which I didn't request. I rang customer service, after waiting ages to actually get through to someone, the adviser was so rude and abrupt. No customer service skills in the slightest. She kept interpreturing me and it just wasn't a pleasant conversation.
