I put a meal in my basket then went to look at other options, as it had been in the basket for a while they automatically took the payment and processed the order. Firstly they admitted they done this but when a complaint was raised told me I had made the error and accepted no responsibility for the error.
I've actually raised a dispute with the bank due to this being a fraudulent transaction.
