My deliveries had been paused and I was not entered into a suscription. I ordered as and when required and it worked well. I hadn't ordered for a while and they sent me a offer. Think it was 60% on first and then 20% on next few boxes. I placed a order for the 60% and then a second order with the discount, all vegan. I was then off on hols. While I was away I got a message saying they were delivered an order the next day, which included fish. I had not ordered it. When I rang to cancel it (from Italy), I was told I couldn't and suggested I could give it away to a neighbour but I would have to pay 60% of the charge for doing so!! Apparently when I used the voucher, it reactivated my subscription.!!. They ended up delivering it to someone down the road. I don't even eat fish. Shoddy customer service and noone to escalate a problem to. There's better companies out there I have been told. So will move over to one of them. I would not use them for this reason
