Ordered my first box and it arrived on time and well packaged. Got a good discount too.
What I wasn't expecting to get was gastroenteritis.
All the meat was off, replaced it all, still managed to get severely sick within two days of using it. I'm very careful with cooking so I know I didn't undercook anything.
Appalled at the quality of meat that was sent, that I still somehow managed to get sick, and that the best the automated customer support could do was offer £9 off my next box.
Never, ever ordering again.
