What an utter farce my experience has been! I subscribed to gousto 2 weeks ago waited about all day for the delivery for it not to show up! I asked customer service where it is and they couldn't have been more difficult to deal with they then tell me 2 days later that my account wasn't created even though I've got about 12 confirmation emails saying its on its way! So I try again for the next week and the exact same thing happens! Customer service ask me to do it again and to compensate me my first box will have been paid for! So I've done that for them to now say that I've instead got credit that will make my subscription cheaper haha this company shouldn't be operating their customer service staff don't have a clue and they've made a simple transaction very difficult! Not happy with the service at all and I've not even received the food yet !!!
