Terrible customer service when things go wrong as other have stated.
Updated my payment details with Gousto yet when I ordered Gousto took money from an old card causing the account to enter the overdraft creating bank charges.
Gousto denied blame and stated that it's company policy they don't refund for bank charges, even though it was their mistake.
As a long term customer I'm appalled and will be cancelling further boxes.
