I am absolutely disgusted with the customer services received. Especially from the last two agents I have spoken to.
I spoke with Abbeygay today, who decided to basically “hang up” on me via Live Chat.
She was rude, abrupt, and condescending. I want an urgent update on my complaint raised yesterday afternoon.
