Was over in Spain Wednesday trying to book a taxi from Stansted to Gatwick.
This company was trying to charge me a "UK train strike surcharge" of £166.
I used the live chat and asked what that was for?
The reply "we have applied a 110% surcharge on our website due to shortage of drivers due to the rail strike."
So because of this, I would never use this company again, and will show the screenshots all over the internet.
