We have booked 4 journeys.We will leave a review for each booking Booking id: 117487, . We have pre-paid to pick up our guests. We received confrimations but drivers never showed up, with no explanations. Very disappointing experience. Will never book again. We have a growing business and many travellers constantly which were awfully dissrespected by these incidents”
“Had a terrible experience with this company! Booked and paid for 4 journeys with them for 13th April. We have received confirmations, however there was no driver at all and no explanations from them. Moreover, we requested a refund for this but they never replied back! DO NOT USE!”
“I had the worst experiences with this company! I can’t believe how unprofessional and useless are the operators on this company. Every time I booked with them I had to insist over 1 hour to get the driver’s details and received them 1h prior my journeys! And the drivers were always late, even 40 minutes of delay and I was kept on being told to wait to that the driver will be on time?? Besides that, the driver has his phone off so no one could contact his at all! Most stressful company I have ever booked with! I would never recommend to anyone to use their service!”
“This company does not allow you call to clarify any issues you have with the representative or clear up any confusion when booking. The representative I had, I believe had trouble writing in English & could not clarify the context behind their request for information; sending repeat copy and paste instructions, even after the requested flight information was sent to them.
When I requested their name and supervisor's information to clarify the confusion, they again resent my booking information with my first and last name, deliberately ignoring my request and eroding my sense of trust in the company as a customer.
Overall, the procedure needs to be clear and transparent, and staff need to held accountable if their communication is confusing to the customer. There needs to be the option to provide complete flight details on the website so that the client and anonymous staff member are not going back and forth with the same details over and over again.
This erodes trust in the company and makes the representative appear unprofessional to the client. If the client has a confusing experience when they first book, they are less likely to refer friends and family to the service and the business loses customers.”

My boyfriend waited 25 min after the meeting time before we reach out to GBC again, to say to us that the driver had an emergency and needed to go, so they are sending us another driver, which he waited for another 20 min. Why that lack of communication between employees?! it was stressfull and didn't make it on time for the connexion. I wish they could refund me instead of poor excuses and radio silence.”

This company was trying to charge me a "UK train strike surcharge" of £166.
I used the live chat and asked what that was for?
The reply "we have applied a 110% surcharge on our website due to shortage of drivers due to the rail strike."
So because of this, I would never use this company again, and will show the screenshots all over the internet.”
