My boyfriend waited 25 min after the meeting time before we reach out to GBC again, to say to us that the driver had an emergency and needed to go, so they are sending us another driver, which he waited for another 20 min. Why that lack of communication between employees?! it was stressfull and didn't make it on time for the connexion. I wish they could refund me instead of poor excuses and radio silence.”

I used the live chat and asked what that was for?
The reply "we have applied a 110% surcharge on our website due to shortage of drivers due to the rail strike."
So because of this, I would never use this company again, and will show the screenshots all over the internet.”

When I called them out on a lie the customer service rep laughed and cut me off. Not the first story I’ve heard of similar experiences.”

Wir wurden erst mit viel Verspätung abgeholt, nach mehreren Telefonaten. Wir hörten Geschichten von Autos mit Pannen oder dass die Fahrer kein Geld bekommen hätten, um den Flughafen zu verlassen! Dann sollten wir ein anderes Taxi nehmen, dann kam es doch! Auf dem Rückweg würden wir wieder nicht abgeholt. Es kam auch kein Wagen. Wir bekamen gesagt, wir sollten ein anderes Taxi nehmen. Das Geld, das wir bereits überwiesen hatten bekämen wir innerhalb von 3 Arbeitstagen zurück. Nach über einem Monat haben wir das Geld immer noch nicht zurück! Auf Mails wird nicht geantwortet! Betrüger!”
