Terrible company. If you book an executive car they send a prius. Do not use this company.

if you book with them, be sure to make a follow up with them regarding the driver arrival, since they can't give a good customer service. My boyfriend waited 25 min after the meeting time before we reach out to GBC again, to say to us that the driver had an emergency and needed to go, so they are sending us another driver, which he waited for another 20 min. Why that lack of communication between employees?! it was stressfull and didn't make it on time for the connexion. I wish they could refund me instead of poor excuses and radio silence.

Was over in Spain Wednesday trying to book a taxi from Stansted to Gatwick. This company was trying to charge me a "UK train strike surcharge" of £166. I used the live chat and asked what that was for? The reply "we have applied a 110% surcharge on our website due to shortage of drivers due to the rail strike." So because of this, I would never use this company again, and will show the screenshots all over the internet.

driver apparently fell asleep in his car and couldn’t pick us up from the airport (there was no car in the car park otherwise we would have woken him up). They assured us we would receive a refund as there were “no other Cars in London”.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Our driver apparently fell asleep in his car and couldn’t pick us up from the airport (there was no car in the car park otherwise we would have woken him up). They assured us we would receive a refund as there were “no other Cars in London”. I called for months and every time they said I would receive my refund within 3days. When I called them out on a lie the customer service rep laughed and cut me off. Not the first story I’ve heard of similar experiences.

Wir haben Great britain Cars gebucht, um von Luton zum Hotel und zurück gefahren zu werden. Auf dem Hinweg hat nichts funktioniert! Wir wurden erst mit viel Verspätung abgeholt, nach mehreren Telefonaten. Wir hörten Geschichten von Autos mit Pannen oder dass die Fahrer kein Geld bekommen hätten, um den Flughafen zu verlassen! Dann sollten wir ein anderes Taxi nehmen, dann kam es doch! Auf dem Rückweg würden wir wieder nicht abgeholt. Es kam auch kein Wagen. Wir bekamen gesagt, wir sollten ein anderes Taxi nehmen. Das Geld, das wir bereits überwiesen hatten bekämen wir innerhalb von 3 Arbeitstagen zurück. Nach über einem Monat haben wir das Geld immer noch nicht zurück! Auf Mails wird nicht geantwortet! Betrüger!

very poor unprofessional. I booked Great Britain cars for pick up and collection from Stansted in April for a family funeral. we were on a day trip . Booked online taxi to bring us from airport to funeral and return journey that evening. On arrival, car was late and the company and they said the car had a breakdown and they would send a replacement which they did. I was informed by phone i would have paid this driver and the company would refund me by the end of the day. i emailed and rang the company in afternoon reminding them of pick up for departure and they weren't to be late as we had made the flight that evening. The taxi was over an hr later we barely made our flight and the company still has officially not said sorry for making a sad day more stressful. or provided a refund a month later. despite phone calls and emails and letters to the company. The company are totally unprofessional and unreliable

The most horrible airport transfer experience ever!! Never again☹️ Judge for yourself: - Booked my transfer to Heathrow with GB cars for 4 am in the morning; - Payment was collected 2 days in advance; - At 11 pm (!) the night before GB car e-mailed me (no call!) that my booking was cancelled due to dispatching issues; - Obviously I missed it because I went to bed earlier. Imagine my horror when I discovered this e-mail at 4 am in the morning. The first bus in my area of London is at 5:10 am. Get a taxi to the airport in a short notice in London - next to impossible. - Miracusely I made it. A week later when I returned - still no refund (not to mention apology). - Chased GB customer service who advised me that the refund will be issued in 10 days. Truly the best of the Great Britain
