The absolute worst customer service ever. Our driver apparently fell asleep in his car and couldn’t pick us up from the airport (there was no car in the car park otherwise we would have woken him up). They assured us we would receive a refund as there were “no other Cars in London”. I called for months and every time they said I would receive my refund within 3days. When I called them out on a lie the customer service rep laughed and cut me off. Not the first story I’ve heard of similar experiences.
