if you book with them, be sure to make a follow up with them regarding the driver arrival, since they can't give a good customer service.
My boyfriend waited 25 min after the meeting time before we reach out to GBC again, to say to us that the driver had an emergency and needed to go, so they are sending us another driver, which he waited for another 20 min. Why that lack of communication between employees?! it was stressfull and didn't make it on time for the connexion. I wish they could refund me instead of poor excuses and radio silence.
