- Booked my transfer to Heathrow with GB cars for 4 am in the morning;
- Payment was collected 2 days in advance;
- At 11 pm (!) the night before GB car e-mailed me (no call!) that my booking was cancelled due to dispatching issues;
- Obviously I missed it because I went to bed earlier. Imagine my horror when I discovered this e-mail at 4 am in the morning. The first bus in my area of London is at 5:10 am. Get a taxi to the airport in a short notice in London - next to impossible.
- Miracusely I made it. A week later when I returned - still no refund (not to mention apology).
- Chased GB customer service who advised me that the refund will be issued in 10 days.
