I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by this company. As a customer, I have never encountered such incompetence and lack of assistance as I did during my recent experience with this company.
On Thursday, 11th July, at 11:40 pm, I contacted the number provided at Sabiha Gökçen Airport for assistance as the car I had rented was no longer functioning. Despite being assured that someone would call me back promptly, I was left on hold for over 10 minutes before the call was abruptly disconnected due to a language barrier. Subsequent attempts to reach your office at the airport were unsuccessful, with staff directing me to communicate via WhatsApp. After sending photos and my location, I received no response.
After enduring 90 minutes stranded on the highway with children in the car, I eventually had to abandon the vehicle and arrange for a taxi to take us home. The following day, despite making over 15 calls and being given multiple phone numbers to contact, I was met with unhelpful responses. Even when visiting your branch in Beylikdüzü in need of a replacement car, I was told that it was not their problem and that they could only book a new car for me.
Only after threatening to leave the country did your team attempt to send a towing service to retrieve the car. However, the language barrier persisted as the personnel sent spoke only Turkish, leaving me stranded without a vehicle. The subsequent confusion and delays resulted in over 14 hours of inconvenience and frustration.
