1. Poor quality bikes. Carrera Vengeance Bike rusting after just 8 months. Its stored in a dry garage, with 2 other bikes which show no signs of rusting and have been stored for a longer period.
2. Poor customer service. When raised with halfords customer services and there quality assurance team blamed
a. The bike has not been used enough
b. Not cleaned or dried off after a ride
c. Stored in damp conditions
d. It’s the sea air as we live on the coast.
They did not even want to physically examine the bike just used some pictures.
