Disappointing experience, please avoid!
Customer service is atrocious. I was put on hold twice after calling and could hear everything in the background. I heard the persistent cough of an employee and a different employee repeating a different customers personal details (name, email address, phone number). This is unacceptable and made me very uncomfortable!
Furthermore, when collecting of my car, I asked about the details of the work done and received the response "I don't know, it's not me that did it, was it". Hearing this from a halfords employee after they have worked on my car is extremely worrying.
Save yourself the trouble and go to a local garage. Will probably be cheaper and more trustworthy.
