Booked bike in with fixyourbike government voucher scheme and spoke to two staff members explaining only needed one gear cable changed. Collected bike 8 days later to find bike still not fixed and needed to book it in for the repair. Apparently initial drop off is for assessment only. All staff very polite but feel they are working in a system which certainly did not work for me.
