Horrible service...
I brought a bike on Monday 19th July and arrived damaged. i called Halfords and sent pictures of the damage and they quoted a 24 hour pick up service, no one came to collect the bike. i then called on Tuesday and still got quoted a 24 hour pick up still no collection, the case was then escalated it's now Thursday and still no pick up in sight.
this has messed up my week as we finally had sunshine and the plan was to go out with my family. NEVER GOING TO BUY FROM HALFORDS AGAIN!!!!!
