I ordered a roof rack and roof box. Item was due to arrive 2 days after purchase.
I received only 1 of 3 boxes for the roof rack and roof box never came.
I spoke to their customer services who stated I would need to contact their courier as they "won't get an answer for some time".
I asked for a refund as I am moving and so the delivery would be to late. They refused.
I asked if I could pick up the same item from my local store instead but they refused.
Absolutely useless, will never use them again.
