Ordered 2 gear shifters for my wife's bike over the phone, and told they were in stock ready to be collected at my local store.
Then received a phone call to say the items couldn't be found so a refund would be issued.
Over a month later and still awaiting refund, nobody answers the so called "helpline" and being an 0845 number costs nearly a pound a minute. Disgraceful company, will never deal with them again, and would strongly advise anybody else to find an alternative company to deal with, or just do without.
