I have just avoided having a serious accident, which would have been caused by the drivers of one of your vans. He overtook an articulated lorry on a double white line in a 30 m.p.h village, causing both the lorry driver and I to have to brake hard and swerve to avoid a collision. This young male driver will undoubtedly cause an accident in future if he is not given training. When I tried to use Halfords' complaints service they wanted to charge me £5 to make a complaint. Is this a scam?
