Awful experience. Turned us away for a bike rack fitting after we had booked online
The booking itself took 3 hours of back and forth with an awful support team as you're not able to call the store directly, but apparently that was all for nothing anyway.
After deciding to try and fit ourselves, the recommended rack for our car obscures the lights and the plate making it unusable.
Patronising, unhelpful staff. Ruined weekend. Thanks Halfords!
