Every time I visit your branch at The Fort , Manchester I am impressed by the kindness , cheerfulness , efficiency and knowledge of every single member of staff . Today was no exception
. I was served by Vader who could not have been more helpful .He was so pleasant and showed such refreshing passion for his job .
