Very helpful+knowledgeable staff. We have not had cycles before but Simon was patient, giving us sound advice for what suits us+what we need them for. Absolutely no pressure and no rush even though it was closing time. Chris helped us choose an appropriate sat nav. Telling us the difference between the different makes+models. Lovely staff.
