Incredibly Bad Customer Service. I purchased a knife rack not long ago, followed the instructions sent with the item ie used a 6 mm but to fit the rack. The steel fittings on the back are put on by the manufacturers upside down hence I had issues putting the rack up plus the but recommended in the instructions were too small and should have been a 7mm instead of 6mm.I complained and HoS accused me of using the incorrect but when all I did was following instructions and I contacted them first as the instructions were misleading. They were very rude and refused to send a replacement although I’m happy to send the item back. I never experienced customer service accusing the customer of being in the wrong when the item is indeed faulty especially peculiar as I also sent pics. I’m really not pleased about how they handled the situation.
